Awesome! But what will my new role be?
As our new Learning and Development Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our employee development programs and establishing a strong learning culture. You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that our Academy and onboarding programs are engaging, well-organized, and continually evolving.
• Designing and leading educational and professional development programs across the organization at all levels.
• Developing leadership training programs
• Establishing and describing career progression paths to support our employees’ career growth and engagement.
• Collaboration with external consultants on training and, over time, support the creation of an internal course catalog for various development tracks.

Sure sounds exciting! How can I be considered for this role?
We imagine our new colleague has:

• A relevant educational background, ideally within learning or development.
• Solid experience with designing, structuring, and enhancing training or educational programs.
• Enthusiasm for leading training sessions, with the potential to coach our managers and HR team on delivering workshops.

As we are an international company and you will collaborate with colleagues across our various offices, we expect you to be able to clearly communicate in English and Danish.
