Market Intelligence Student Worker

Here is what your role entails
Your main focus will be on global market insights across Kamstrup’s business units. You will have the opportunity to engage in business development and strategic projects that influence business decisions. You will also participate in cross-functional meetings to provide market insights and contribute to the development of market entry strategies.

More specifically you will be:

• Responsible for our knowledge sharing- and insights portal including updating intel and implementing general improvements
• Collecting and analyzing market data on e.g. regulation and economic development as well as conducting market forecasts
• Monitoring competitor behavior, preparing competitor profiles and conducting benchmark analyses

Throughout this student job you will build a broad network through collaboration with experienced colleagues across various business functions and countries. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry, Kamstrup’s market positioning and doing business in an international setting.

You will become part of our Market Intelligence team, which is part of the Strategy and Business Development department. The department consists of 8 colleagues, who are experienced and dedicated specialists. We are characterized by a professional approach to tasks, as well as an informal tone where professional sparring and feedback is essential.

We are looking for a Market Intelligence Student Worker who is ready to strengthen our market analysis and challenge our existing work processes.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

• Are studying a master’s degree in cand.soc., cand.merc., cand.oecon, Global Business Engineering or another relevant field
• Have a detail-oriented approach and are keen to take on responsibilities
• Can work independently and structured with your tasks
• Possess good data analysis skills, enabling you to interpret data and turn it into valuable business insights
• Are persistent in your work approach, as information is not always easily available. At the same time, you never compromise on ensuring that the information you collect, and use, is valid

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English. Danish is not a requirement.

The job is a part-time position, and we expect you to be able to work 15 hours per week – however, the details of the role will be agreed on an individual basis.
