Student Assistant, Global Product Management - Aarhus

If yes, you now have an excellent opportunity to join the team. Global Product Management in Aarhus is looking for a student assistant to support us with our daily tasks.

How you will make an impact
We are looking for a Student Assistant to join us within the business area of Global Product Management. Becoming part of the Global Product Management, you will be supporting the launch of new products. Your tasks, can entail:

• ordering samples,
• power point presentations,
• gathering, assessing, validating and cleaning of data
• support maintenance of tools and templates,
• various ad hoc tasks.

What will make you successful
To be successful in this role we are looking for a candidate with interest within the fields of Marketing Management or Supply chain/logistics with a coordination gene combined with a flair of detail. We are looking for a candidate that can juggle different projects while keeping the in-volved stakeholders informed. You can keep an overview in a hectic day, while you work independently and goal oriented. In this position we expect that:

• You have at least 2½ years left of studying.
• You are a quick learner and have great IT skills. If you have experience working with Power BI’s and SAP this is an advantage.
• You are a born communicator in English both verbally and in writing.
• Preferably you have experience with working with Power BI’s and SAP.

What do we offer?
When joining the team you will be working together with colleagues in the Global Product Management team together with contacts at Dairies and other stakeholders within Arla. You will be joining the team where we enjoy an informal and international environment in our Viby office. The position is approximately 12-15 hours weekly spread over a couple of days a week with start as soon as possible. Flexibility is required as the workload may vary and you will be coordinating your time at the office together with our other Student Assistants.
