Senior High Risk Specialist

As our colleague, you will enable Worldline to accept sustainable high risk business customers and business models. The High Risk Onboarding team is looking for a new member to reinforce our abilities to handle existing and new risk areas and customer types.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Specific responsibilities for assessments of certain business models, verticals and segments.
• Complex risk assessments of high risk business models and customers.
• Verification of information and analysis of customers capabilities to fulfill specific requirements.
• Communication with colleagues from Risk, Compliance and Sales.
• Facilitation of decision-forums with the team, representing the team within your areas of responsibilities.
• Training and supporting less senior colleagues on your specialty-competences.
• AML/CTF risk analysis.
• Improving the overall quality of assessments.
• Participating in training and sharing your knowledge and ideas.
• Representing multiple Worldline entities.

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up, and show what’s next – people with passion, a can-do attitude, and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice, this means:

• At least 3-4 years of experience within the area of AML and KYC,
• Fluent English skills,
• Experience in FinTech/Payment Acquiring, great overall understanding of Acquiring business, risk and compliance,
• Experience in interpreting scheme rules, analyzing merchant credit risks and third parties such as Payment Facilitators,
• Background within chargebacks, fraud and/or credit risks,
• Understanding of card payment risks and liabilities,
• Resilience, strong focus and problem-solving skills,
• Fast learner, self-motivated.
