Dynatest is seeking a highly skilled professional PTA Engineer with project leader skills to ensure our daily operations run seamlessly.

As a PTA Engineer, your primary objective is to ensure that daily operations consistently meet all requirements. This role involves a significant level of task assessment, focusing on prioritization and planning to ensure that the team can effectively perform and meet deadlines.

Your purpose is also to ensure that the production works with the best mechanical components and resources.

Your role will also involve extensive planning and coordination to smoothly integrate new products released from relevant departments into production. In other words, you will act as a bridge and vital connection between development and production.

As a PTA Engineer, you are responsible for the production results. Under this, you are responsible for addressing production "machine faults" to ensure that errors are corrected and reported to relevant departments. This is essential to ensure that Dynatest fulfills orders on time and with the highest quality.

You will closely collaborate with the COO, CTO, and QHSE manager, so exceptional communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate new products into production, ensuring accurate ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) route setups.
• Maintain and update master data in ERP systems.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance and refine production processes and flows for maximum efficiency.
• Capture and resolve assembly or machine errors.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and quality control materials in collaboration with QHSE Manager.
• Lead mechanical development projects, coordinating resources effectively across teams.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers and production staff to address and resolve production issues swiftly.
• Prioritize and coordinate tasks within the team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to development plans.

Qualifications:
You have a relevant educational background maybe as an engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Technology or similar, as well as several years of experience from a similar role in a manufacturing company producing technical equipment.

• You possess a systematic and structured approach, effortlessly creating an overview while maintaining control over the details.

Finally, you have a strong technical understanding and are accustomed to IT systems, particularly Navision and Excel. You have already acquired experience in project management and resource coordination from previous roles.

You are also comfortable communicating in Danish and English, both in writing and speaking.
