Joining our team, you will be a valued part of Demant’s international HR function at our HQ in Smørum. We are app. 45 people working to deliver an exciting array of HR deliverables to a wide portfolio of our companies in DK and abroad.
Our talent acquisition team consists of 10 people with different educational backgrounds and experience levels. We are responsible for hiring +400 new talents for the organization each year.
You can look forward to a very independent and self-governed position. You will get full, exclusive responsibility for your recruitment processes from a-z. Realizing that we are often targeting a highly sought-after candidate segment with some of the most specialized professionals (from various business areas) out there, you will have to think out of the box to get the contracts signed.
Some days you will be doing active headhunting on LinkedIn and other days you will help to plan employer branding activities to be top of mind in the target group.
You conduct all first and second round interviews with relevant candidates and give psychometric test feedback.
The sky is the limit, and we welcome initiative, dedication, and ideas for how to catch the big fish!
The contract for his position will run till December 31st 2025 – and we hope you can start as soon as possible.
Excellent people and communication skills
To thrive and grow in your new position, we hope that you have substantial experience with talent acquisition, preferably from a company within medical devices, pharma or similar. If you have experience from a recruitment agency that is an extra advantage.
You are a superstar when it comes to stakeholder management and know by heart how to maneuver in an ocean of candidates, hiring managers, and potential leads.
You know how to communicate – both when you interview candidates, write catchy job ads, or conduct employer branding activities.
