Site Finance Business Partner - Akafa or Bislev

Are you ready to create value and drive growth for two strategic important production sites in Arla Foods.? Do you have the expertise to provide insightful financial advice and support to our Site Director and management team? If so, you might be our new Finance Business Partner for our two sites in Akafa and Bislev located southwest of Aalborg.

How you will make an impact
As your new Site Finance Business Partner, you will be at the heart of our strategic decision-making, addressing the key challenges and shaping the future of our two dairies.

Your role will be crucial in analyzing and enhancing site performance, driving improvements, and identifying continuous growth opportunities. It will be your job to implement best practices and provide essential financial insights, ensuring an efficient and forward-looking production environment. You will have the opportunity to develop and challenge performance and processes, thereby contributing to the overall success of our production.

You will be the key person in establishing clarity and consistency between the finance organization and the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Communicate actual financial status and outlook throughout the organization to ensure clarity and one view on the financial performance of the site.
• Act as advisor on financial and strategic issues, accountable for providing necessary facts, financial analyses and business cases.
• Acts as One ultimate owner of numbers: ensures updated forecasts, transparency and consistency in numbers to enable effective and forward-looking performance dialogue
• Serving as the primary point of contact between support functions and critical business functions, offering trusted financial guidance and direction
• Leadership team: contribute on equal footing with the leadership team at the site, ensuring your financial expertise directly influences key decisions and strategies.

In this role, you will enjoy close cooperation with your colleagues in the Supply Chain and actively participate in projects, analyses, performance management, best practices, and other relevant tasks.

What will make you successful
To thrive in this position, we believe that you have a degree in economics and previous experience as a Finance Business Partner or Controller. It’s important that you work independently and come from a finance position where you are used to being proactive and effectively communicating financial messages to stakeholders. Familiarity with manufacturing finance is an advantage as well is knowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse Solutions . Expertise in Microsoft Office is expected and that you are fluent in Danish and English is required.
