About the role
In Decision Design, we help customers in the early stages of their investment projects, with identifying what technical solutions match their production needs, and what it will require in terms of capital investment and time to execute a project. When customers approach us, they often already have an idea of possible project outcomes, but lack the information needed to make a final decision. In short, intense projects and in close collaboration with our customers, we help clarify possible scenarios and enable our customers to make the right business decisions. Our number of projects are growing, so we are looking for a colleague to join our team.

How you might spend your days
As a Front End Project Manager, you’ll be:

• Taking the lead on our cross disciplinary front-end projects (e.g. feasibility studies, concept briefs, conceptual designs).
  
• In collaboration with Account Mgt. identifying customer needs, developing the right front end project execution model, and setting the right cross-disciplinary team.
  
• Through workshops and meetings, driving the cross-disciplinary team in a manner that ensures we identify relevant scenarios, and we deliver projects in time and on budget.
  
• Delivering a project engineering output that matches the needs and business drivers of the customer and enable the customer to take next step investment decisions.
  
• Facilitating customer dialogue & communicating with customer stakeholders to ensure that NNE deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• You have a degree in engineering within chemistry, biotechnology or pharmaceutical production or a background within pharma Automation/IT.
  
• You have minimum 5 years of experience in the life science/biotech industry.
  
• You speak and write Danish and English.
