Do you want to join our team in Dubai as our new Site Supervisor?
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring the smooth operation and successful completion of installation and construction tasks. This role requires hands-on supervision, coordination, and communication with the site team, contractors and other services to meet project requirements, timelines, and safety standards. The Site Supervisor will ensure work quality, efficiency, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols.
About the position
- Perform site measurements as required prior to creating or finalizing drawings, ensuring accurate planning & design.
- Provide overall supervision and direction to the installation team and contractors to ensure that work is completed according to the approved drawings, project requirements and standards.
- Coordinate closely with other site services, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of tasks and smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate and up to date record of daily activities, material usage, man hours.
- Document any on site changes from approved drawings for the preparation of as-built drawings
Qualifications and competencies
We are looking for a profile with:
- 2 years proven experience in site supervision or a related role within the construction or installation industry in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials management, and HSE practices in UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and coordination.
- English language skills, written and spoken
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with documentation, reporting, and resource management.
- Valid UAE driving license
