GTM Orchestration Manager City: Copenhagen V Country/Region: DK Application Deadline: 02/12/2024 The GTM Orchestration Manager is responsible for supporting the Orchestration Director in ensuring a cohesive, customer-centric execution of Pandora’s integrated marketing efforts. The role focuses on aligning marketing activities across clusters, driving consistency in messaging and execution across paid, owned, and earned channels. The Orchestration Manager will own the daily integration with GTM teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments to drive brand growth and penetration.

Your Role:

The GTM Orchestration Manager plays a key role in building and executing integrated marketing plans by analyzing business data and leading cross-functional teams. You will deliver monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reviews, assessing progress towards Brand Penetration and LFL (Like-for-Like) goals, and identifying actionable insights to enhance performance across marketing touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Support: Collaborate with the Orchestration Director to develop the Total Annual Brand Building guidance for clusters, working closely with channel leads to ensure alignment in cross-channel strategies.
Integrated Marketing Execution: Oversee 360-degree orchestration of marketing efforts, ensuring consistency and synergy across paid, owned, and earned channels. Coordinate with cluster GTM teams to build and deliver cross-channel strategies that align with brand objectives.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Conduct monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual business performance reviews to assess progress towards Brand Penetration and LFL goals. Leverage data to identify what to stop, start, or continue to optimize performance across all marketing touchpoints.
Cross-Channel Collaboration: Engage with clusters on yearly business reviews, delivering data-driven insights on brand health and collaborating to develop 12-month action plans. Contribute to the three-year GBU (Global Business Unit) master plan through strategic input from cluster performance.
Post-Campaign Analysis: Lead post-campaign analysis with cluster GTM teams to extract learnings and provide recommendations on future marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the broader channel strategy.

Cross-Functional Integration: The Orchestration Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to marketing, including;
• Audience Management & Media Planning
• Digital Advertising and UX
• CRM
• Search
• Retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising
• PR & Influencer Marketing
• Membership & Personalization

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives and deliver cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business performance data and optimize marketing efforts based on insights.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders while ensuring all campaign elements are aligned and delivered on time.
Cross-Channel Marketing Expertise: Understanding of how to integrate and manage marketing efforts across digital, social, retail, and traditional media platforms.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments and clusters.
Brand Management: Experience in managing brand identity and ensuring consistency in messaging and tone across all channels.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adjust strategies and plans based on performance data and evolving business needs.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of the customer journey and how to deliver impactful, relevant messaging at every stage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with proven experience in leading cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, especially in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with world-class consumer brands, developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
