Succeeding in this role relies on your ability to effectively interact with people, based on a mutual trust relationship, and to understand the requirements of the internal customers (business lines, supporting functions and IT/CS), as well as the external customers (merchants).
Besides these responsibilities, you will be actively involved in defining and implementing necessary changes in business processes in cooperation with them.
You are the link with Worldline Group in terms of Quality Management in MS, and you align regularly with quality managers at the Global level and your peers in other Worldline countries.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As Worldline MS Quality Coordinator your main responsibilities are the following:
Quality Monitoring and Improvements
- Overall follow-up & reporting on Operational Excellence and ongoing improvements
- Management of the Operational Excellence governance
- Defining the target Quality expectations at the MS level and supporting building and monitoring relevant KPIs.
- You will assist the business, in the realization of their quality objectives, continuous improvement plans, and KPI reporting & analysis.
- It is key that you rapidly react to changing business & market conditions and support the business in improving its quality processes and thus achieving and maintaining optimal levels of operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Performing analysis on trends & events related to operational performance and quality and building structured plan where relevant
- Support in quality awareness programs
Quality Assurance
- Performing maturity assessment of IT & Customer Services processes regularly to make sure we monitor the deviations proactively.
- Be as a spoc to implement Group Quality initiatives across MS (both IT and CS)
- Acting as the interface between auditors and operational management, you find the right balance in strengthening internal controls and managing risks.
- You are coordinating the closing of audit findings. And aligning with Group's Internal Audit
- You have the bird's eye view on the areas of continuous improvement and work with the Group to improve and automate the Internal Control frameworks, to ensure proper risk management at the MS level
Who Are We Looking For
- Experience in an IT environment and working knowledge of any IT process framework (eg. ITIL, TOGAF, Devops, ...) with ideally a certification, including hands-on experience in the implementation of IT processes based on those IT Frameworks,
- Working knowledge of IT Governances (COBIT), KPI setting
- Working knowledge of P2R and O2C processes and Service excellence concepts
- Independence in action and business decision-making and autonomy in your day-to-day activities
- Working experience in Project Management (PMI, Prince, etc) and problem-solving skills
- Leadership in working with mid-and senior management, preferably in an international environment
- You can deep dive and deliver on process improvement (IT and Business processes)
- You are process and customer-minded
- You are comfortable in structuring & analyzing data using PowerBI / Excel-like tools.
