About the project
The Global Process Analytical Technology (PAT) Platform currently being developed as a global standard solution to be used across production sites at Novo Nordisk.
PAT is a first-mover technology that will support instant release by enabling access to real-time data directly from the production batches.

The team is diverse in terms of both capabilities and background, and it is made up of both internal and external members. The team is primarily located in Ballerup (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark and they work very closely with our different sites and our vendor.

The position
As a Deployment Lead, you will lead execution of PAT in different sites and will have end to end responsibility, strategically as well as operationally while working in close collaboration with the Product Manager.

• More specifically our next deployment lead, will among many areas and tasks be responsible for the following:
• Overall responsible for delivery of PAT in the sites that you are responsible for
• Sparring and development of your team members in relation to PAT project roll-out
• Stakeholder management and ensuring strong partnership with the production sites
• Coordinate and keep track of programme roadmaps, and act on impediments and potential delays before they occur.
• Budget responsible and establishing new project delivery teams in the area
• Ensuring smooth business operations of the area including budgeting, onboarding new teams, and delivering projects within deadlines (through your teams)
• Act on impediments and ensure teams in your area are set up for success

Qualifications
As a person you are friendly, ambitious, result driven, proactive and have an open and flexible attitude. You are known to get the job done and are open to adapt to changes around you. It is evident that you have a proven track record of delivering results and business value in your previous jobs.

To be successful in this role, we require the following:

• Master’s or degree in Business, engineering or other relevant field
• Strong project and programme management skills (including stakeholder management skills, presentation skills, governance skills and communication skills)
• Interest in managing different tasks and activities that changes from day-to-day.
• Pharma industry knowledge is a clear advantage
• Experience with production processes, IT/OT integrations and/or GxP is also an advantage
• PMP, Prince2, or other relevant project management certifications and knowledge of agile methodologies, such as SAFe are desirable.

About the department
LABS is a part Digital Data & IT Product Supply organisation which has employees based in Denmark, India, US, China, France and Brazil. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business, ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support to the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide. In LABS you will be part of a highly engaged department developing and improving IT systems which are core to the laboratory processes in Novo Nordisk. Though you will be working with a lot of colleagues from around the globe, the job location will be in Denmark.
