As Senior Product Manager in the Innovation and Commercialization Prism Product team, you'll dive into the reality of our customers and craft, pilot, and develop innovative, premium-quality transportation services in the space of reliability and flexibility. It's about pioneering the future of transportation services, getting from asking the right questions to insights, drafting concepts to managing performance of in-market products and divising a GTM strategy for the Prism for those concepts that prove to have product-market fit.

We are looking for someone who:

• Masters Product Discovery and Go To Market strategy: Has solid experience in deeply understanding real customer problems and then landing on the best way to solve them. Understands what it requires to make product decisions on what to build, and what we need to know about customers to build it right. Previous experience in B2B Product Management is a must.
• Champions Collaboration: Communication is their superpower, fostering unity and clarity across diverse teams inside Maersk and our customers’ complex organisations. Can adjust communication style and collaboration approach elegantly to their audience, ranging from deep operations functions to executive levels.
• Solves Problems Positively, Creatively and Proactively: Sees obstacles as opportunities, tackling them head-on with agility and ingenuity. Doesn’t need to be told what to do but rather understands what needs to be achieved and finds a way to progress
• Thinks Business: Has a relentless focus on value creation for our customers and our business and can work closely with Finance to quantify customer benefits and revenue potential
• Thrives in the Fast Lane: Excels in fast-paced environments, adept at juggling multiple priorities effortlessly.
