Unifeeder is a dynamic logistics company, delivering efficient transport solutions and sustainable supply chains to our customers every day. We cover Europe, Americas, Asia, the Middle East and the Wider Indian Subcontinent, and currently operate more than 150 vessels and make the way for +5,5 Mio. containers every year.
As the People Business Partner, reporting to our Chief People Officer, you will support one of our business functions across multiple locations, including Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Cyprus, and Panama. Unifeeder, with over 300 colleagues, has its headquarters in Aarhus, where your primary workplace will be. However, frequent travel to our other European locations is to be expected.
What you'll do:
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Collaborate with senior leaders to drive workforce strategy, leadership development, and organizational design.
- Enhance Engagement: Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring our team is future-ready.
- Drive Change: Lead organizational change initiatives, from digital transformation to global growth.
- Foster Culture: Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee People operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical standards.
- Develop Leaders & Team Members: Support training and development initiatives to build a high-performing team.

What we're looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in strategic HRBP roles, with a focus on global HR practices.
- Skills: Strong understanding of HR practices and cultural nuances. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Professional proficiency in English.
- Requirements: Knowledge of European employment law, preferably within one or more of the following markets: Denmark, Germany, Poland, Netherlands.
