At Abacus Medicine, we are growing our business, and we in P&C, DK are looking for another P&C Business Partner to join our team and to ensure that we can always provide guidance and support to the organization. You will become the seventh member of our local P&C team, while also working closely with other teams such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Learning &Development to deliver comprehensive and impactful People & Culture solutions.
As a P&C Business Partner, your role is hands-on and includes improving organizational effectiveness, leading change management, and providing leadership coaching. In all matters, you are also expected to have a strategic insight that ensures your counselling is consistent and foresighted. You act as a go-to person for the organization, where you can address inquiries on almost all P&C matters in a professional manner.

You are proactive in your approach and able to support leaders with a strategic mindset, ensuring that the strategic agenda of Abacus Medicine Group is turned into tangible advice and guidance, particularly in areas of organizational structure and people. In this role, you will be responsible for P&C business partnering at our HQ in Copenhagen supporting different functions and departments.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Consulting, supporting and coaching managers and employees on people related matters
- Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the P&C group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance and interpretation to line management
- Developing contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers
- Support the strategic development concerning P&C operations and execution of initiatives

We are looking for a skilled and passionate professional to join our team. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong foundation in People & Culture, hands-on expertise in areas such as performance management, employee development, and organizational design, and the ability to lead impactful P&C projects that drive organizational improvement. A service-minded approach and the ability to align P&C strategies with business needs are essential. Most importantly, you build trust, foster relationships, and contribute to a healthy, collaborative work environment.

Next to these core competencies, we hope you bring the following qualifications:
- +5 years in P&C/HR roles, preferably in a larger organization where governance and business partnering are key.
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English
- A master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the Danish Employment Act (Funktionærloven), Parental Leave Act (Barselslovgivning), and Holiday Act (Ferieloven), along with strong P&C compliance knowledge in Denmark, is essential.
