Senior Product Delivery Manager (maternity cover)

About the role
We are looking to hire a skilled Senior Product Delivery Manager, to join our Operations department in London or Luxembourg, reporting to the Head of Indirect Payments & Network Management.

In this role, you will get the chance to drive the delivery of roadmap items end-to-end and be responsible for high customer satisfaction and scalability as part of Banking Circle’s growth. You will coordinate development efforts across systems, support functions in the product approval process as well as support business owners during roll-out.

The role is a maternity cover that could turn into a permanent role.

What you will be doing

• Co-own strategic vision for specific product areas and define roadmap and direction
• Early scoping of initiatives before hitting the development functions – incl. validating business case
• Prioritization and E2E implementation of tactical product updates to meet client expectations
• Owning the product from early analysis to final go-to-market and post-release follow-up
• Ensuring that the product is approved from a risk perspective
• Work cross-organizational to secure alignment across delivery teams

What we are looking for
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a demonstrated capability from an applicable role with at least 5 years of experience within product development and project management. In addition, you should have an educational background within relevant business, computer science, engineering, or another related field (BSc level as a minimum). To thrive in this role, you should bring a responsible and self-driven mindset, along with a good basic understanding of payments infrastructure and regulations. You possess strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a quality-oriented approach.

As a person, you take initiative and have the courage to challenge existing views, try new approaches and show a willingness to learn and develop in areas where your expertise may be less established. Being comfortable with motivating your team and more broadly across the organization will support you in this role.
