Area Sales Manager Scandinavia
Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Area Sales Manager to take ownership over the Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway).
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop sales and business plans with channel partners in order to achieve set targets.
- Following up on all sales-leads, distributor performance and offers.
- Maintaining the relations with existing local dealers & end-users in the targeted segments and maintain a feeling for the local market needs.
- Generate sales through undertaking site surveys and providing technical advice to both existing and potential customers.
- Visiting key account customers like construction companies, municipalities, contractors, oil & gas and mining companies.
- Developing sales with hands-on demonstrations, trade shows and roadshow events in order to achieve targets.
- Use customer and prospect contact activities, tools and systems and update relevant information related to these systems.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Preferably a master degree or equivalent by experience
- Proven sales experience in the development of a distribution network in a similar international B2B environment.
- Native Danish speaker and fluent in English.
- Be familiar in working with other cultures.
- To be willing to work from Home Office.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- A technical interest would be an advantage but is not required.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and/or Norwegian and/or Finish.
