Production Manager – Lead with Purpose and Drive Excellence

Our client is searching for a Production Manager to lead and inspire a production team, where innovation and quality are essential to meet targets. You’ll drive a Continuous Improvement culture, working directly with skilled managers and a committed team of 110 employees to enhance operations and processes.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop 2 Production Managers, 1 Area Manager and 110 blue collars.
- Drive Improvement: Implement LEAN strategies, foster problem-solving, and advance operational goals.
- Enhance Culture: Create a workplace where teams thrive, quality standards are met, and continuous growth is encouraged.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Leader: Strong background in managing leaders within production environments, ideally in a regulated industry.
- LEAN Expert: Experience with LEAN principles (Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus).
- People-Centered Communicator: Known for building lasting relationships and empowering teams.
