Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager whom together with the team can improve and innovate our digital sales experience for our current and future customers.

Position overview:
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects. Some project might go all the way from idea generating to reporting results after implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, researchers, editorial manager, data analyses, business managers, and marketing professionals, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires strong planning and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for digital innovation.

The position is temporary as it covers a maternity leave for a period January 2025 to February 2026.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of small digital implementation to medium/large digital projects across teams and departments.
• Develop project plans, including timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate, and align with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, success criteria and expectations.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and communications with team members and stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, delivering high-quality results that meet our objectives standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Digital Design, e-commerce, Marketing, Development, or a related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital or tech-focused environment.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, web development, and design processes.
• Have worked in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday) and collaboration software (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach project challenges.
• Project Management certification or equivalent is a plus.
