Your Role and Responsibilities
Vi søger en studerende som OOH Vagt (Out-of-Office Hour) på lokationerne i Brøndby, Ballerup, Ejby og Skovlunde.
Dine ansvarsområder vil være:
Tilkaldevagt:
- At være ledsager for ikke-registrerede teknikere fra vore underleverandører, når de besøger vore datacentre.
- Sørge for at opretholde den sikkerhed i datacentrene, som IBM garanterer alle deres kunder.
- At deltage i simpel Problem Determination (PRDE) under kyndig vejledning af kolleger fra hele verden.
Outside Office Hours Control Center Vagt:
- At modtage opkald / fejlmeldinger og registrere dem i vore systemer.
- At fordele opgaverne i forbindelse med ovenstående fejlmeldinger til de teknikere, der er på vagt, og opdatere status på opgaverne i vores systemer.
- At overvåge og behandle de fejlmeldinger, der kommer ind elektronisk.
- At bestille reservedele.
Andet relevant info
- Vi arbejder 24/7 og vagterne er fordelt 8 – 16, 16 – 00 og 00 – 24.
- Du skal regne med at kunne tage 2-3 vagter om ugen.
- Vi sætter stor pris på fleksibilitet.
- Du behøver ikke at være en IT-haj, vi kan godt lide at have forskellige type mennesker, det skaber en god balance i vores team.
TLS Teamet:
IT Service og Support (TSS) arbejder med at løse tekniske problemer, samt implementere hardware og software løsninger for vores kunder.
Du bliver en del af et dynamisk team, arbejdsmiljøet er professionelt og atmosfæren er uformel. Hvis du kan opretholde en god humoristisk sans, når travlheden melder sig, så er du den kandidat, vi leder efter.
