About the job:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will become an integral part of one of the teams with a large client at KMD Services, within the Application Development department. Your role will be to advise and assist clients with their challenges. Our tasks are primarily long-term modernization and development projects. Our senior consultants typically work across the entire value chain, from pre-sales and proposals to project delivery and handover to maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Active participation in sales and proposal work, including writing and proactive upselling
- Developing plans and selecting the right methods for project and delivery management
- Leading delivery projects, with responsibility for quality and financials
- Risk management and project reporting
- Stakeholder management and effective navigation and communication at C-level and steering committee levels
- Client advisory in methods and tools selection
- Review, feedback, and documentation
About You:

Professional Requirements:
- Extensive experience in external project management
- Experience leading delivery teams
- Deep knowledge of relevant methods and tools
- Strong commercial mindset
- Ability to communicate difficult messages
- Risk and conflict management skills
- Analytical and data-driven approach
- Professional background in computer science/business administration or similar
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, including public sector experience
- Experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies
- IPMA, Prince2, SAFe certified
- Fluent in Danish and English
