The position
Your workday will be varied and at times tightly packed, as the IT system and automation equip-ment are crucial to production. You will handle your tasks in close dialogue with many employee groups both within and outside the department, where you will play a central role. Together with your colleagues, you will be part of an on-call arrangement, which means you will support users with their issues 24/7/365 a week at a time.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Ensure that production runs optimally and that we always comply with applicable legal requirements
- Support the daily operation of IT systems and automation equipment, including trouble-shooting the software of our production facilities
- Participate in the qualification of IT and automation changes
- Take part in projects that upgrade both old and new IT systems to today's standards

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have:
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in IT, Automation, Technology, or alternatively you have more than 4 years of experience in IT & Automation support
- Knowledge of PLC, IT infrastructure, SCADA/HMI (iFIX), and servers in a Windows domain environment is a plus
- Be fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken)

About the department
We are looking for an Automation Supporter to be part of a IT support team of 8 handling daily IT/OT support for our production facilities, which consist of a filling factory with more than 35 fully automated systems. You will be part of a young and inspiring team, where we help each other and work closely together. Key responsibilities are support operations with a focus on computerized equipment uptime, ensuring records of inquiries to the IT guard by telephone and mail, and by creating knowledge articles for support guidelines.
