We are in the middle of an ambitious transformation journey with a renewed strategy and leadership team, aimed at strengthening our market position. This journey involves redefining strategic priorities, establishing impactful partnerships, and enhancing how we deliver value to our stakeholders. To lead these efforts, we are looking for a Corporate Strategy Director.

About the role
As our Coporate Strategy Director, you will be instrumental in advancing our transformation and delivering on key strategic initiatives. This is a multifaceted leadership position where you will be responsible for executing our corporate strategy, leading M&A, and developing strategic partnerships. Additionally, you will manage our strategy team as well as collaborate closely with the executive leadership.

What we are looking for:
You are an experienced strategic leader with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. You have:

• At least 10 years professional experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience leading organisational transformation.

• A bachelor's degree in economics, business, or a related field.

• Fluent in English, with professional proficiency in both written and spoken communication.

• Experience within the financial sector is preferred but not required.

On a personal level, you are a naturally confident and mature leader who brings a composed presence to every challenge. You have a business-minded and results-driven approach, always keeping the bigger picture in mind and navigating opportunities and challenges with a strategic, commercial mindset.
