About the Role | A Unique Opportunity
Join the central team, Transformation Management Office (TMO), in Tryg’s newest Transformation program, NextTech, as a student assistant. You will work alongside experienced and skilled colleagues with different backgrounds from top-tier consultancies, the financial industry and other insurance companies. This role offers an opportunity to be at the center of one of Tryg’s biggest transformation programs to date with a broad palette of tasks and responsibility areas. Our Transformation Management Office (TMO) is a team at the very center of the transformation and responsible for the overall orchestration of the program.

Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the overall orchestration of the program within the TMO, as well as the 20+ projects within the program
- Executive communication and reporting material for various executive stakeholders and forums – both within the program and towards the rest of the organization
- Independent workstream management with guidance from team
- Supporting the team on ad-hoc tasks
- Opportunity to get first-hand experience working as a team-member in projects with strategic importance for Tryg
Your Profile | Well-organized and detail-oriented
You are an ambitious, motivated and proactive team player. You are structured, detail-oriented, and have a “go-do” attitude towards tasks coming your way. Any prior experience in similar jobs or organizations is a plus but not essential – we will teach you what you do not know.
Fluency in English is required as this is the language used in the program. Furthermore, proficiency in any Scandinavian language (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is a plus.
Experience with the Office 365 suite – especially PowerPoint and Excel - is advantageous.
