Telia is in the process of merging with Norlys and is looking for a Channel Product Manager to lead the way and ensure a smooth and efficient integration into Norlys. This includes collaborating with relevant teams to deliver a streamlined offering across channels.

As a Channel Product Manager, you will drive the digital foundation for our channels across Telia Mobil Danmark and Norlys.
In addition to the integration, we are focused on elevating the customer experience by continuously improving our products and channels.
We bridge the gap between business needs and technical development by working systematically with customer journeys and process excellence. In close collaboration with the commercial unit and IT, you will be responsible for defining solutions that meet market needs and align with our long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive development and optimization of our channels in collaboration with channel owners across Telia and Norlys.
- Gather business input from B2C and identify feasible technical solutions.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Process Managers to ensure business processes are well-defined before execution and IT development.
- Act as a SAFe Product Manager in collaboration with Business Owners and Product Owners.
