To drive impactful digital collaboration and coordination on high-profile design projects, we are looking for an ICT Manager / BIM Manager to join our team. We are a group of approximately 1050 skilled professionals in COWI's Buildings & Industry unit, DK working alongside our customers on some of Denmark’s most significant and innovative projects in sustainable construction. We are proud to have contributed to a wide range of complex and challenging phama and hospital projects, including Novo Nordisk, production facility, Hillerød, DK, 65.000m² as well as projects like Aros Dome and Asetek domicile.
You'll be part of our growing Digital Management Discipline in Buildings and Industry, with about 42 dedicated ICT and BIM colleagues, all specializing in ICT-, BIM-, project- and design management. With our ambition to become Denmark's largest and most skilled project and design management section in the consulting industry, we believe we are well on our way.
In your daily work, you will have the following responsibilities:
- The ICT/BIM manager is responsible for organizing, planning, coordinating and communicating the use of ICT and digital collaboration between all parties throughout the construction project.
- Ensuring the project's digital deliverables and implementation in accordance with the overall contractual basis.
- Organizing the project's ICT organization and planning of the digital deliverables in consultation with the client and the design management.
- Acting as a sparring partner for the rest of the ICT organization (internal/external). Responsible for the common technical setups as well as guidelines according to the project's Design BIM Execution plan and BIM standards (ICT process manual).
- Providing input to the modeling/design schedule as well as input to BIM Execution plan/ICT Process manual.
- Ensuring that the project's common model is established as well as preparing phase documentation of performed interdisciplinary consistency checks.
- Engaging in ongoing BIM coordination and digital quality management.
- Internal project task: Responsible for COWI's BIM organization in consultation with COWI's design management.
- Internal project task: Organizing and planning digital deliverables in consultation with the design manager and the discipline managers.

In addition, an ideal candidate will have the following:
- More than 5 years of ICT/BIM management experience, including commercial insight and business acumen. Experience with contractual agreements is expected.
- Advanced user of Revit, ACC, Dalux, Navisworks and other tools. Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
- Applies logical, rational thinking to analyse challenges and maintain a holistic, big-picture perspective with professional curiosity
- Structured, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work within set timelines
- Effectively communicates complex information, ensuring clarity and understanding across teams and stakeholders
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining professional relationships, contributing to a positive and productive team dynamic
- Demonstrates strong collaboration skills and reliability as a team player
