About the job

In your new role as Student Assistant at Falck Digital Technology, Global Capabilities, you will support the Product Owner and the Contact Center Services team.

The position as a Student Assistant requires an availability of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of flexibility to accommodate both study and work.

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Utilize Power BI to create, maintain, and analyze data reports and dashboards.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to support various projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation with an academic approach, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Work independently to manage tasks and projects, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with team members to support DevOps practices and processes.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ITIL processes.

About you You are currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g. Information Technology or a related field). Ideally, you already have some previous experience in a similar role, but this is not a requirement. As a candidate you must be able to communicate effectively across cultures, work well in a team, and show eagerness to learn and take responsibility. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. The ideal candidate should also have a strong foundation in data analysis, Power BI and understanding of DevOps.

Key requirements:

• Proficiency in using Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed and accurate documentation using an academic approach
• Ability to work independently and proactively, manage time effectively, and take initiative in identifying and solving problems
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Understanding of DevOps and ITIL processes is an advantage
