Who we’re looking for
The SOEC engineering and supply chain are looking for a product / project manager.

The product manager owns the TECHNICAL development, maintenance, and improvement of the SOEC product, along with the cost associated to each one of these activities.

The product manager shall:

• Translate the demands and criteria and the basic engineering package, issued by our commercial department, into a detailed engineering package.
• Coordinate and oversee the activities between the various detailed engineering suppliers.
• Define RFQ packages for manufacturing of the SOEC section.
• Monitor the project progress and set deadlines.
• Responsible for the manufacturing cost of the SOEC section.
• Standardize the different product design alternatives and manage product variants and add-ons.
• Modification of the product to fit individual project requirements.
• Knowledge capture of the design of the SOEC section and prepare design change request for future revisions. Evaluate / approve proposed modifications, respecting serial production, maintainability, serviceability, and cost of the product.
• Ensure that all documents are provided by our sub-suppliers, can be transferred into our document management system. Own the components in the document management system.

What you’ll bring
We are looking for a motivated, systematic, and creative person, who can drive progress as these are key elements to success in the role. Furthermore, the candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• A Process / Production engineer with a good understanding of Chemical engineering
• Experience with detailed engineering and conversion of detailed engineering packages into a product
• Experience with serial / mass production
• Thinks outside the box and challenges limits to facilitate improvement and increase competitiveness
• High supplier focus
• Proactive advisor and very skilled at sharing learnings
• Good at anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Has a solid personal impact and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Excellent English language skills both verbal and written is a requirement.
