We would like to welcome a creative and process driven colleague to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Co-own the web ecosystem and its digital customer journey (UX/UJ)
• Manage website analytics and performance using Adobe Analytics • Optimize performance and improve through A/B testing to drive visitors to leads
• Manage and continuously optimize existing digital content and flows
• Create and update pages using our company CMS
• SPOC for internal stakeholders related to digital matters in Benelux
• Support digital projects, specify requirements and ensure quality of delivery
• Support digital lead generation activities in dedicated markets (SEA)
• Support the SEO specialist is optimization in different markets

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• Completed education in the field of Online/Digital Marketing
• Experienced in web publishing tools (CMS such as AEM, Drupal, Wordpress) and other digital marketing tools, with a minimum of five years’ experience in web-focused roles ideally in international companies
• Understanding technology and templates in web publishing tools • Great affinity for web technologies, web trends and good understanding of responsive design
• Capability for KPI-driven Marketing communication by ensuring that activities can be measured
• Motivated team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work across borders
• Fluent in English language skills in spoken and written and good in oral and written Dutch is a plus
• Experienced in co-leading smaller technical projects/implementation
• Distinct networked thinking, strong conceptual skills
• Communicative and organizational skills with a proactive attitude
• Knowledge of Google AdWords and other digital marketing tools.
• Conceptual, strategic and quality ensured approach to work
• Experience in working with META Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager and/or other analytics tools
• Basic technical knowledge in HTML/CSS/JavaScript
