As a Business Development Representative at Sleeknote, you’ll help brands worldwide elevate their customer engagement by creating personalized and intuitive on-site experiences that drive results.

About the Role:
We’re looking for the next generation of ambitious sales professionals ready to hone their skills in technical selling, demand generation, sales operations, networking, and negotiation. In this role, you’ll develop outreach and lead-generation skills that will set the stage for a successful career in SaaS sales.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume prospecting via calls, emails, and other channels.

- Collaborate with our sales team to create and implement outreach strategies.

- Engage in discovery calls with prospective clients, setting the stage for successful handoffs to Account Executives.

- Schedule and set up meetings for Account Executives to further qualify leads.

- Continuously improve processes by applying feedback and refining outreach strategies.

Who You Are:
- Confident in reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and social media.

- Adaptable and resilient, able to handle rejection and stay motivated.

- Passionate about connecting with people and creating lasting relationships.

- Quick learner who can pick up new tools, products, and sales techniques with ease.

- Analytical thinker, capable of understanding customer needs and identifying valuable leads.

- Highly coachable and open to feedback for continuous improvement.

- Motivated by the opportunity to grow within a high-performing sales organization.

- Skilled at using CRM software or eager to learn and adopt new sales tools.

- Curious and proactive in understanding market trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points.

- Prior sales or cold outreach experience preferred, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other tools.

- Background in SaaS and experience in a SaaS environment and Sales.

- Knowledge of AI tools, such as LLM, to improve work efficiency.
