As a Supply Planner in Ambu’s Global Planning Department, you will have a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of defining, implementing, and driving our new planning strategy in close collaboration with our production sites across the globe, from China and Malaysia to Mexico and U.S. Our ultimate objective is to establish a world-class, integrated business planning process across continents.

You will become an integral part of a diverse, highly skilled, and dedicated team of ten people, based at Ambu's headquarters in Ballerup, working across time-zones.

Responsibilities
- You’ll design, implement, and execute supply planning strategies that align with Ambu’s goals. Your decisions will impact product availability, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks. Whether it’s disruptions in raw material supply or unexpected demand fluctuations, your proactive approach will keep our operations running smoothly.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams; Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Demand Planning, to optimize the flow of goods. Your ability to collaborate seamlessly across functions will be crucial.
- Keep a close eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, accuracy, and delivery performance. Data-driven insights will guide your decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process. We’re committed to evolving and staying ahead of industry trends.
Experience within Planning
- +5 years proven experience in supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory management. You understand the intricacies of balancing supply and demand.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- High energy, drive, motivation, accountability, and a strong desire to achieve results alongside your colleagues.
- A minimum of a BSc degree in supply chain management or production engineering.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of the Danish language is not a requirement.
- Experience working with partners from diverse cultural backgrounds is essential.
- Preferred experience in the medical equipment industry, although not mandatory.
