A great and caring leader who can develop our European Region
As our new Head of EMEAFS, your primary responsibility will be to enhance our market position and drive growth across the region. You will be part of developing both our contract and retail market sales and ensure that sales, distribution, and marketing efforts are optimized to maximize the region's potential while aligning with the overall strategy of Fritz Hansen A/S.
In this role, you will work closely with our regional leaders, Marketing, Design and Sales Operations, to develop and implement consistent strategies that drive success.
You will directly lead and mentor a team of 4 leaders and indirectly their organization with responsibility for a significant part of our total business. With your strong leadership skills, you will foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, empowering your team to drive Fritz Hansen’s market expansion. You will guide them in developing strategies that ensure sustained growth while providing the support they need to achieve their individual and collective goals.
Regional Leadership
- Strengthen market position and optimize sales, distribution, and marketing to align with the company’s overall strategy.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the annual business plan, ensuring resources are used efficiently to achieve targets.
- Take ownership of the implementation and follow-up of the regional business plan.

You will report to our CEO and be a member of our 10 persons global management committee.
Our headquarters are in Allerød, close to Copenhagen, but we are open to you being based elsewhere and traveling to the headquarters when needed.
A strategic leader with an extensive experience within sales
You must have significant relevant experience in a Head of sales role preferably from a design company within the furniture and interior space.
- Strong track record of successfully driving market expansion and launching sales initiatives.
- Great communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Display strong leadership capabilities, inspiring and empowering teams to deliver outstanding results and achieve goals.
- Ensures seamless collaboration across internal departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Sales Operations, to align strategies and drive success.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish or additional European languages is a plus but not required.
