The position
As the Associate, Lands Management Officer, you will manage our database of growing landowners and legal agreements. You will oversee various land management processes, ensuring effective engagement with landholders and stakeholders to support the company's expansion.
You will report to the Senior Land Access Manager and be a key part of the land management team, working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering legal land agreements and land tenure for Crown Land;
- Manage property management systems and annual land agreement payments;
- Administration support including management of payment function for landowner agreements once executed;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outcomes and assist with financial and status updates on the property portfolio;
- Carry out title searches and company searches for landowners;
- Assistance with GIS requests;
- Keeping up to date landowner master spreadsheets and trackers;
- Other administrative related tasks required from time to time to support the land function within the team
You:
We expect that you have a bachelor's degree in law, property, valuation, or a certificate in real estate, property management, and have two or more years of experience working in one or more of these fields. Background experience in real estate, law, or property would be ideal.

- Ability to manage Voyager’s landholders
- Capability to engage with various stakeholders
