Are you passionate about logistics and ready to make an impact in global trade 🌍? We’re looking for an experienced Ocean Operations Specialist to join our export team at our office in the heart of Copenhagen. At Greencarrier Consolidators, we’re dedicated to providing seamless logistics solutions that drive our customers’ growth.

In this role, you’ll manage daily export activities, all from managing bookings, optimizing operations, developing customer relations and new business opportunities in close cooperation with our local sales department, all while collaborating with our global network to ensure efficient and timely service.

What You'll Do:

• Operational Coordination: Manage bookings, proactively follow up to keep shipments on track, supplier & agent relations, close cooperation with our own gateway, actively engage in development on new traffics together with your local team.
• Client Engagement: Provide exceptional service, building and strengthening client relationships.
  
• Efficiency & Process Optimization: Enhance efficiency in load planning and operational processes, with a focus on continuous improvement to benefit our clients.
  

What You Bring:

• A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in co-loading (LCL), freight forwarding, or a similar logistics environment.
• Strong customer service skills with an interest for relationship building.
  
• Proficiency in both Danish and English.
• A proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, with a strong curiosity and eagerness to learn new systems. Experience with CargoWise is considered an advantage.Why Join Us?
