Strategy & Operations Manager
We are one of the fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms in Europe and we are now looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager to join our team.
Come and join us on our journey to enrich lives through listening.
This is the role
As our new Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Podimo's label business and broader content strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Content Officer, you’ll collaborate with teams across our global markets to develop, execute, and optimize strategies and processes that drive our label business unit and content initiatives forward.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and a bias toward execution. You’ll work at the intersection of content and label strategy, ensuring the effective operationalization of initiatives that shape the future of Podimo.
Your main responsibilities in this role:
- Strategic Development and Support – Lead and support projects that drive our label and content business forward, including forecasting, performance analysis, competitive analysis, and business and operating model refinement. Collaborate with stakeholders at tactical, strategic, and operational levels to align and execute on these initiatives.
- Content & Label goal alignment – Guide local teams in aligning their objectives and key results with the broader company goals, tracking progress throughout the year to ensure successful execution across both content and label-focused initiatives.
- Meeting Cadence and Strategic Review – Organize and facilitate regular business performance reviews, content and label deep-dives, and quarterly strategy offsites to maintain alignment and momentum across these areas.
- Process Improvement and Operational Support – Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and decision-making across content and label functions, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Market Insights and Competitive Analysis – Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities, ensuring that our label and content strategies are data-informed and adaptive to market needs.
This is you
You’ll thrive in this role if you have a strong analytical mindset, a bias toward execution, and excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, openly, and respectfully to gain buy-in and understanding from your stakeholders. You’re proactive, highly organized, and able to balance strategic planning with hands-on implementation. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are passionate about making a tangible impact in the media and entertainment space.
Experience we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, or strategy roles, ideally in high-growth companies
- Strong project management and planning skills, with a demonstrated ability to take projects from ideation to implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge
Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!

First things first: we ask you to submit your CV or provide a link to your LinkedIn profile. Sharing your motivation for the job is highly appreciated, but not expected. If we pick your application to continue to the interview stage, this is how we plan to run the interview process:
- A short phone or video screening
- First interview with the hiring manager
- Case session with the primary stakeholders
- Final interview with the hiring manager
We might change it up to make sure it makes sense. Our main focus is to run an efficient and enjoyable interview process. We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and the preferred starting date is ASAP.
