Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for the development and execution of payment card management and processing.
- Participate in defining product roadmap
- Create product concepts based on business and market intelligence while coordinating detailed product functionality requirements
- Independently identify product enhancements and innovation opportunities based on market conditions and stakeholder’s needs
- Translate market trends and company vision into product requirements and functional specifications
- Work with customers, development, sales, marketing and the management team to design product features and specifications, and take ownership for their completion
- Document product feature with agile tools and communicate the requirements to different stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Bachelor's Business or Engineering degree required
- 5+ years of product management experience in financial business, preferably in payment industry
- Excellent written, verbal and social skills - able to communicate with different type of stakeholders
- Strong ability to analyze industry standards and specifications and explain complex product concepts in simple language
- Demonstrated experience in card management and processing
- Detail oriented, Comfortable with managing new product development processes
- Strong proficiency with collaboration and agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience working within the banking or payment industry is a plus
