Lead the Way in Cost Estimation Solutions at EG Construction
We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team at EG Construction, part of a dynamic group of over 300 colleagues who share the same passion: simplifying our customers’ world. In this role, you'll lead the growth of our Cost Estimation products, shaping the strategic direction of this specialized domain while working cross-functionally with development, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive continuous innovation and improvement.

At EG Construction, we are market leaders in the construction industry across Denmark, Norway, and Finland, with a relentless focus on customer success. Our solutions range from finance and salary tools to project management software that supports the entire building process. This role specifically focuses on our cost estimation tools, which optimize pricing, improve usage, and lower the carbon footprint of construction projects.

In EG, we have an extensive product management framework that supports the Product Manager in the various parts of the discipline – hence mastering the toolbox will be an important part of your everyday work. In-depth analytical skills, combined with the urge to create objective decisions, will be crucial for your success.

You’ll help steer the product roadmap, evaluating market trends, customer segments, and existing solutions to drive growth, and use data-driven insights to guide product development. With a strong focus on technological innovations, including AI, we aim to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our products set the standard for excellence in the construction industry.

Your key Responsibilities will include:

• Drive product strategy by identifying market opportunities and developing new concepts to keep our Cost Estimation offering ahead of the competition.
• Understand customer pain points and use data-driven insights to create a seamless user experience that delivers measurable business outcomes.
• Maintain a close relationship with key customers to gather feedback and ensure we continue to exceed expectations.
• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, aligning it with customer needs and business goals.
• Ensure successful product releases through effective collaboration with Product Owners and agile teams.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new features and functionalities.
• Work with the full product-life-cycle and make sure our products are fit for market and optimized to offer the highest value to customers

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within a SaaS environment.
• A solid understanding of the construction industry value chain is a big plus as well as understanding of how the technical groups use cost estimation (Electricians, HVAC, etc.)
• The ability to transform customer needs and market trends into actionable product strategies.
• A data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to guide product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
