Internal Sales with a focus on Holland - Hoyer, Hadsten
Do you want to be the advisor who understands the customers' needs for electric motors for applications such as wind turbines, pumps or ships? Are you passionate about delivering solutions that exceed expectations and strengthen Hoyer's global position?
At Hoyer, you will be part of an international team of approximately 20 nationalities, where you collaborate across departments in Europe, Asia and North America. With a focus on technical expertise and excellent B2B service, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic company with customers and colleagues all over the world.
Our Internal Sales team plays a key role in ensuring first-class customer service. We are looking for a skilled colleague to join our Internal Sales team at the head office in Hadsten, but with close cooperation with our sales office in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, with regular visits to our office in Rotterdam approx. 6-8 times a year.
Your main responsibilities:
- You will serve customers in various sectors such as energy, marine, HVAC and industry, including customers from other EU countries.
- Help with quotes, orders, documentation and after-sales support.
- Daily collaboration with colleagues throughout Europe and Asia.
- Acting as an important link between our head office in Denmark and our national and international customers, all with the aim of driving customer growth and sales within electric motors.
- Regular visits to our sales office in Rotterdam, approx. 6-8 times a year.
- Experience with international sales and a solid business understanding.
- Ability to remain objective under pressure and take initiative.
- Fluency in speech and written English. (Dutch will be a big plus).
- Knowledge of French, Italian or any third language is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft D365 is an advantage.
- Extensive training in our product portfolio and sales techniques.
