About the role
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with instrumentation experience to join our Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) department.
Here you will join a team of 35 dedicated engineers with a passion for developing instrumented process control systems in the pharma industry. As a team, we are specialized in electrical engineering, specifications, tender preparations, supervision and test of process equipment and components.
In this position you will bring your solid knowledge about electrical instrumentation for production process control and verification into play every day and you will have key role in developing new solutions and technologies for pharmaceutical facilities.

How you might spend your days
As our new Electrical Engineer, you will be a part of a motivated cross-functional project team, where you’ll be:
- Assisting in designing and developing of instrumented designs for our current & up-coming projects
- Working with vendor and client representatives in carrying out the validation activities
- Design, development, acquisition and implementation of various sensors, actuators and control solutions to meet i.e., Functional Safety, SIS and ATEX requirements
- Commissioning, testing, qualification and validation of electrical instruments solutions
- Perform receiving inspections on the equipment packages
- Actively participate in project teams and sharing new ideas

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Engineering, technician, or similar degree with good experience preferably within automation and electrical control system design
- Experience within designing and building industrial automation solutions for the pharmaceutical/Food/ Marine/Oil & gas or equivalent industry
- Proficiency in systems design, sensor specification, product integrations and systems testing
- Practical experience in carrying out FAT, IQ, OQ & other commissioning activities of different instruments according to relevant standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and document technical requirements effectively
Added expertise in the following areas would be an advantage:
- Analytical instruments (i.e. HPLC, GC and spectrophotometers)
- Process- and automation control systems (i.e. pressure- and level transmitters, temperature and flow meters, SCADA, HMI and PLC systems)
- Experience with P&ID, PC Schematics, preparation and review of engineering design documentation
