As part of Danske Bank’s Forward´28 strategy, we are growing our Working Capital Advisory & Finance team with additional people. Working Capital management is key for corporates to optimise their working capital, free up liquidity and manage their risk.
Be a part of the team
You will be part of the Working Capital Advisory & Finance (WCA), which are the product specialist supporting Danske Bank’s largest customers with working capital solutions. We offer a wide range of solutions to our customers from Supply Chain Finance and Factoring to Invoice Discounting. Our team is today 14 people and growing with a diverse background with the shared vision of serving customers. WCA is part of Transaction Banking in Large Corporates & Institution, but serves customer from the largest corporates to mid-sized across the Nordics countries.
In this role, you will among other things be responsible for:
- Building the future (digital) product offering within working capital
- Encouraging innovation agenda and projects
- Be part of rethinking how sales are on digitally
You will be part of a newly established team that over the next two years will transform how Danske Bank’s product offering within Working Capital as well as go to market. You will be empowered to drive projects on you own in close collaboration with the rest of the Working Capital team. Other tasks such as direct customer advisory can also be part of the responsibilities if assessed relevant.
What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for a proactive colleague, which are result-oriented and able to create impact, be creative while good at executing on agreed timeline. You might have experience from working capital, cash management or banking in general. Or you might have worked with strategy and business development and now are ready for a more direct commercial focused role. You bring a positive mindset and excel in a hectic and changing environment and perform well with high empowerment.
Your background could be:
- Experience with working capital, cash management or banking in general is beneficial
- A master’s degree in a relevant field like economics, business, IT or law
- Experience from consultancy roles like strategy, transformation or business development
- Commercial understanding of banking and working capital is an asset
- Ability to communicate complex subjects clearly and precisely ensuring alignment and understanding
- Collaborative, energetic, proactive and open to new opportunities
What we offer
You will be joining a diverse and innovative team with different backgrounds and skillset. Our team located across the Nordics so some travel will be expected.
You will have the flexibility of working from home, although we appreciate you to be present in the office 3-4 days per week.
