About the job
You will be a part of the HRIS team at Global People & Culture that drives the implementation and adoption of our new Human Resource Information System. We understand that effective change management is a precursor to successful implementation.
In this role, you will closely collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and a successful change management content delivery that ultimately will help enhance overall end-user adoption.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Craft key messages and develop targeted written materials that align with the HRIS implementation vision, addressing stakeholder and end-user needs.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, highlighting the benefits and positive impacts of the HRIS implementation.
- Adapt communication strategies to changing circumstances and project requirements, maintaining flexibility and agility.
- Enhance communication efforts by identifying key engagement opportunities, leveraging new channels, and creating innovative content.
- Develop future scenarios and personas to illustrate the HRIS impact, creating relatable and engaging materials.
Furthermore, you will support your team and Change Management Lead on:
- Design training content to ensure that end users are well-prepared to adopt the new HRIS system (the scope has not yet been decided but will include developing training materials such as user guides, process guides, and workshop guides).
- Create content for a communication toolbox to be used by local change agents as part of the HRIS implementation.
- Train local change agents in when and how to use the toolkit according to the local communication plan.
- Provide clear communication on project advancement, upcoming activities, and related tasks.
About you
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to translate complex ideas into everyday language, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Excellent storytelling and narrative development skills, with a focus on engaging and persuasive communication.
- Interest in developing and enhancing change management skills, with a proactive approach to learning and growth.
- Curious, self-motivated, and well-organized, with a strong ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Adaptable to changing circumstances, with the ability to make informed decisions even in the absence of complete information.
- Proactive in seeking out opportunities to enhance communication efforts and continuously improve strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to empathize with end-users and communicate accordingly.
Education and Experience:
- Your background could be based in various fields, such as Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a comparable field.
- 2+ years of copywriting or content creation experience, either in an internal or consulting role.
- Proven ability to write compelling copy across multiple media for varying audiences.
- Experience with or interest in Service Design.
Languages:
- Full professional proficiency in English (spoken & written).
