Student Worker for Administration in the Facility Department

About the Company We are a large company with a dynamic and modern Facility Department that supports the organization with professional solutions in property management and administration.
We are looking for an engaged and structured student worker who can contribute to our daily administrative tasks and support our team.
Core Responsibilities
As a student worker you will be involved in a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
Purchase Orders (PO)
- Creation and goods receipt.
- Pre-approval and alignment of PO’s.
- Monitoring outstanding purchase orders.
Work Orders (WO)
- Tracking and monitoring work orders.
- Random checking of completed work orders before goods receipt (LEGO Group requirement).
- Documentation and traceability of work orders.
Budget Management
- Preparation, tracking, and follow-up of budgets in collaboration with partners.
Administrative Tasks
- Managing lunch tickets.
- Asset register control and PO’s generated by assets.
- Monitoring and tracking PO receipts and assignments.
System Management
- Use and administration of Planon.
- Supporting tasks related to Dalux.
Support Tasks
- Assisting Specialists with various tasks.
- Supporting the party committee and the department with events and gifts.
Do you have what it takes?
It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker. Further, we imagine that you:
- Are currently pursuing a relevant education in administration, finance, facility management, or similar.
- Are structured, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Have strong communication skills and can collaborate across teams.
- Have experience with or can quickly learn systems like Planon and Dalux.
- Are proficient in Excel and other Office programs.
- Speak and write Danish and English at a professional level.
