The position
As a Process Manager for quality processes, you will be the lead of the process across our global manufacturing sites in the Finish Product area. You will be working closely with stakeholders both locally and globally, setting the direction for the Quality processes across all our global sites and ensuring compliance. Additionally, you will support the quality network to standardize, simplify and digitalize the processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting the direction for the Quality processes within compliance.
- Initiating and owning various initiatives to support the above direction.
- Overall responsibility for quality process groups, focusing on shared success related to the direction for the quality processes.
- Being close to the Quality processes across Finish Product production in Europe, North and South America, and Asia.
- Collaborating closely with other groups (improvement groups, different network groups, other process groups etc.)
- Working with various stakeholders along the value stream.
In this role, you will be tasked with setting directions and delivering results that have a significant impact on our Quality processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing data to ensure our efforts are focused where the value and impact are most needed. You will primarily work in Denmark, but travelling to other sites should be expected, in addition to virtual collaboration across sites.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment while maintaining the high quality of work. Our ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds and has a practical knowledge of quality processes in manufacturing. Driving the process group requires strong leadership skills and prior experience as a direct manager is preferable, although success in this role is achieved through indirect leadership of stakeholders in the network. Combining leadership skills with a project management background would be an advantage.
To succeed in this role, you have:
- A MSc or equivalent within engineering or similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience within Finish Product manufacturing with at least some of the years being within or close to the Quality processes related to production.
- Experience with project management within a global stakeholder landscape
- Leadership experience.
- Experience within GxP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Furthermore, you have experience with cLEAN®. Your professional background includes business strategy and projects implementation within global organization. As a person you are a team player with a great ability to collaborate and have strong leadership skills with a proven track record of guiding and motivating teams. Also, you possess a “can-do” attitude and believe that no challenges are too big or too small to handle. You are keen on discovering new and improved ways to make our processes more efficient. Furthermore, you are a dedicated professional who is eager to learn and develop new skills.
About the Department
FPM Engineering is a part of Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) with a team of around 50 colleagues working together to support and optimise processes across all global sites. Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPM on all assembly and packaging lines to ensure best practices. In FPM Engineering, we are committed to bringing value to our patients. We do so by supporting all sites with process standardisation, ramp-up excellence and technological leadership enabling Novo Nordisk to serve significantly more patients in need of our products.
