What the Graduate Programme Offers
Our two-year Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate your professional growth through immersive, hands-on learning in three different business areas. Working alongside industry experts, you will gain experience through diverse projects, both internally and externally, that grow in complexity and responsibility.
The programme is available in Denmark (Copenhagen & Aarhus), Germany (Hamburg), Scotland (Glasgow), and Spain (Zaragoza).

What You Will Gain
As a graduate, you will:

To qualify for the Graduate Programme you need to:
- Hold or complete a technical, commercial, or financial master’s degree by September 1st, 2025.
- Have no more than one year of post-graduation work experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Bring a proactive mindset, sharp analytical skills, and a drive to excel.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
