In this role, you will be leading IT projects in close collaboration with colleagues from across LEO, from demand to go-live.

As a part of the Project & Portfolio Management, and Strategic project anchored in Global IT (GIT), we share a “challenge accepted” mindset and you will be shaping the future of Digital landscape in LEO and helping people with skin diseases live more fulfilling lives by advancing the standard of care.

Your role
To be successful in this role, you will need to understand and embrace a highly regulated business and define your project deliverables accordingly. You will also need to build valuable relationships with key stakeholders across the global organization and outsourcing partners and be curious, direct, accountable, and bold, rather than dodging challenges due to the risk of failure.

Your responsibilities will include driving projects to support the Digital aspiration, managing scope, time, and budget to deliver objectives, and leading projects in the planning, execution, and implementation/handover of new systems, processes, and technologies in close collaboration with IT Business Partners, IT Architects, and Service Delivery Managers, and building and leading a team of dedicated colleagues from across LEO.

• Implement and adhere to the Governance and Project model
• Evolve the Project Model throughout communities
• Build and lead a team of dedicated colleagues from across LEO

Your qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, business IT, etc, experience in managing cross-functional IT projects, preferably experience from life science companies, and minimum 5 years of experience with international IT projects that include external partners or vendors. You should also have experience with waterfall and agile projects and a well-assorted project management toolbox, strong decision-making, and assertive leadership style, and fluency in spoken and written English.

We are a small group of highly experienced project and program managers primarily located in Ballerup. We have worked with various methodologies including waterfall, agile, and hybrid which enable us to choose the best approach for new demands.
