About the department
As the Senior Global DEIB Manager, you will report to our Vice President and Global Head of DEIB at Novo Nordisk. Our department is responsible for shaping and executing the global DEIB strategy, which is crucial to our mission of driving innovation and fostering sustainable growth. We measure and report on progress, introduce tools and resources to effectively enhance DEIB efforts to support local strategy implementation and engage with internal and external partners. We believe we can only unlock our company's full potential if we have an inclusive and diverse organisation representative of our patients, customers, and the societies we serve. You'll join a dynamic team of six highly skilled professionals and engaged members. Please note that this is a temporary, 11-month position covering parental leave.
The position
You will be part of strategic dialogues and business-critical initiatives within the DEIB agenda and often crossfunctionally with senior stakeholders across Novo Nordisk. Other responsibilities will include:
- Leading change management sessions, develop and implement DEIB tools and re-sources, scale impactful local initiatives globally, and design and manage communication for different internal channels.
- Strategic planning, project management and knowledge of DEIB principles and methodologies, to helpful drive meaningful stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the global HR organisation.
As a person, you should role model personal initiative, agility, resilience, and drive to accel-erate the global DEIB agenda.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
- Hold a relevant degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Behavioural Science or any other relevant field.
- Have 5+ years of experience with successfully driving strategic projects and working closely with diverse stakeholder groups from all levels and functions of the business.
- Excellent experience driving behavioural change in an organisational setting and leveraging data and insights to ensure progress.
- Knowledge of DEIB principles and methodologies, enabling you to effectively promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the organisation.
It is an advantage if you have experience with learning and development and have worked in a culturally diverse organisation, but it is not a requirement. To succeed in this position, you must be an excellent communicator, demonstrate a simplistic approach to complex business challenges and facilitate discussions with different perspectives, understandings and personal interests. As a person, you have a can-do and growth mindset, great interper-sonal skills, and a passion for creating visible results. You have an analytical approach to problem-solving; you are independent and proactive.
