As STARK is transitioning from Aspect 4 to a more modernized IT platform, we are looking for a driven Aspect4 Specialist to join our experienced team supporting the Business functions in Denmark and Norway. You will have a central role in the team by supporting our current ERP system Aspect 4 and at the same time support the Product Owners and business stakeholders aligning user stories and features with our development teams and external partners.
Your primary responsibilities as an Aspect 4 specialist will be:
- 2nd level support of all Aspect 4 Users
- Assist initiatives by providing data driven solutions.
- Ensure common understanding of data being used across business solutions.
- Implement and ensure proper QA testing before UAT.
- Assist stakeholders by having a holistic end-to-end view within the domain.
- Create functional documentation for features and solutions.
- Liaising with end users to assist define business requirements for our development teams.
- Analyze requirements and creating process and logical specifications to clearly define the requirements of any new solution or enhancement.

You will be a great match for STARK GROUP IT, if you:
- Have a profound experience working with Aspect 4 – preferably Aspect 4 wood.
- Have a basic understanding of software development practices and have experience working in scrum teams.
- Have a broad track record in business analysis including capturing requirements and working across a landscape that involves multiple IT systems – both developed internally and sourced from external vendors.
- Speak and write Danish and English fluent and you communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals throughout the business.
- You have experience with the retail sector and especially within the Builders Merchant industry – This is not a necessity, but a clear advantage.
