We are looking for a new team member to be a key player in ensuring high-quality end-user content for easier adoption of our software products, especially of our Emply Product – a HCM platform.
Great role and responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Lead all phases of the product design process throughout a project, engaging key stakeholders across a cross-functional team.
- Plan and facilitate workshops as part of the product discovery process.
- Develop task flows, wireframes, prototypes, diagrams, and other artifacts to support the design process, creating intuitive user experiences.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system.
- Evaluate and critique in-progress design work, prioritizing and assessing the efficiency of solutions.
- Synthesize feedback from customers and stakeholders.
- Continuously validate and iterate on designs from a usability perspective throughout the project.
- Align with brand guidelines and design principles, while also contributing to the evolution of the design system.
About you
To thrive in this role, we believe you need these qualifications:
- 6+ years of dynamic product design experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in product design practices and methodologies.
- A track record of developing standard UI components and style guides for organization-wide use.
- Proven success in working with cross-functional product teams to craft and implement innovative solutions that enhance customer experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in rapid prototyping.
- An impressive portfolio that showcases your design prowess.
- Fluent English and Danish skills, both written and verbal.
- A collaborative, team-player attitude, ready to work harmoniously with a diverse team.
It's a plus if you have…
- A degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field in technology and design.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
- Experience with HTML/CSS or a basic understanding of web development technologies.
