What will you do?
As our new Senior Tender Manager in the Foundations team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of the sales process from pre-qualification to contract signature. This includes preparing and delivering comprehensive proposals, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and negotiating contracts.
Your main tasks include:
- Client and Sales Process Management: Serve as the single point of contact for clients, managing interface throughout the sales process from pre-qualification to contract signature, including leading client meetings during clarifications and negotiating the final contract.
- Proposal and Tender Preparation: Lead and organize the tender process, including preparing kick-off meetings, setting clear plans and strategies, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of tender documents such as cost calculations, pricing, programs, and qualifications/deviations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (corporate finance, procurement/engineering, WTG sales) and external consultants to align on deliverables such as cash flow, subcontractor RFPs, marine asset availability, and supplier analysis.
- Risk Assessment and Approval: Build and present contractual, commercial, and technical risk assessments (e.g., Monte Carlo) during tender approval meetings and ensure compliance with internal reporting requirements.
- Contract Handover and Market Development: Oversee the handover process to project teams post-contract signing and support the team in developing new client relationships and exploring global market opportunities.
- Team Mentorship: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, and foster collaboration to achieve tender and sales objectives.

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented profile who is resilient, analytical, and highly organized, with strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in verbal and written English.
We think you will be a good match if you:
- Hold a BSc or MSc degree in engineering or commercial disciplines.
- Are proficient in standard Microsoft IT packages, including SharePoint and Teams.
- Strong MS Excel skills is an advantage.
- Have knowledge of foundations T&I (Transport & Installation) projects.
- Bring at least ten years of industry experience in EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) or T&I roles within offshore wind, oil, and gas sectors.
- Have a minimum of five years of experience in a commercially related role within the industry.
- Possess experience in contract negotiation.
