Your challenges
Join our team as a Supply Chain Optimizer within our Window production Central Planning organization. Together, we ensure our factory warehouses have the right stock of windows and flashings, exactly when needed. You'll be part of our Planning team, collaborating closely with Supply Planners to smoothly introduce and transition products while keeping our stock levels in check.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders from Global Product Management and our markets to ensure smooth product transitions.
- Providing recommendations for phased product introductions and retirements.
- Creating comprehensive overviews of stocked and non-stocked products, and maintaining master data for all markets.
- Handling surplus stock resulting from transitions.
- Coordinating production schedules with planners to ensure adequate stock for launches and minimize excess inventory.
- Keeping internal teams updated on transitions through regular meetings.
- Handling ad hoc tasks as needed.
Based at our Kolding location, you'll report to Christian Bech Nielsen, Manager of Central Planning, and join a team of 8 colleagues. If you find supply chain topics engaging and appreciate a cooperative work atmosphere, we invite you to join our team.
In this role you should expect 5 days of travelling per year within Europe.
Your qualifications
It is important and required that you
- Bring minimum 3 years of experience from a similar role, and minimum a total of 5 years’ experience in a role within Supply Chain / Logistics.
- Have great analytical skills.
- Have a natural focus on details and accurateness in your deliverables.
- Are skilled in Excel.
- Speak and write English proficiently.
SAP experience and knowledge is a great benefit, but is not a requirement for applying for this role.
